Clinical Supervision
We provide clinical supervision for associate-level therapists working toward independent licensure, offering a grounded, experience-informed approach shaped by nationwide work across outpatient, inpatient, residential, and partial-hospital settings. Our supervision is rooted in advanced clinical expertise and a deep understanding of how systems, training environments, and lived experience shape a clinician’s development over time.
Many associates come to us at pivotal moments in their professional growth—transitioning from graduate training toward independent practice, navigating the complexities of their unique clinical setting, or discovering that their clinical identity is still forming beneath the techniques they were taught in school. You may be refining your therapeutic voice, learning to hold more layered cases, or seeking guidance on how to integrate specialized care into your work.
Our supervision draws on a background that includes program development, staff oversight, treatment-planning leadership, and the facilitation of trainings and workshops in diverse clinical environments. This breadth allows us to support associates not only in case conceptualization, but also in the professional realities that shape practice—ethical decision-making, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, burnout prevention, and the emotional labor of holding others’ stories.
Supervision is available remotely for associates in California, Kansas, or Missouri. We're known for supervisory relationships that are steady, reflective, and growth-oriented, helping developing therapists deepen their confidence, expand their clinical lens, and build the kind of grounded, ethically attuned care that sustains long-term work.
